Kailoei Terms of Service and Conditions

1. Acceptance

By signing up for an account and using the Kailoei Dashboard service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (ToS) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Kailoei provides a SaaS platform for creating, managing, and operating online stores, e-commerce websites, and digital business tools (including but not limited to product systems, orders, payments, shipping, and analytics).

3. User Accounts and Security

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
• Registration information must be accurate, truthful, and up to date.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities under your account.
• Do not share accounts or allow others to use your account.

4. Permitted and Prohibited Use

You may use the service only for lawful business purposes.

Prohibited:

• Violating Thai, Lao, or international laws
• Selling illegal goods/services (drugs, weapons, etc.)
• Sending spam, phishing, or harmful content
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
• Infringing on others' intellectual property rights

5. Fees, Payments, and Subscriptions

• Some features are free; others require a paid plan subscription.
• Fees are charged according to the selected billing cycle (monthly/yearly).
• Late payments may result in account suspension or usage limits.
• No refunds except as required by law or specific policy.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of content and data you upload or create through the service. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, display, and process such content for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Privacy and Data

Collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully.

8. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we find a violation of these terms, or to protect the service and other users.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Kailoei shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Thailand.
